It is an honor to have the opportunity to serve as your next Supreme Court Judge in the 4th Judicial District.
I am a founding partner of Levy & Obstarczyk. We have devoted our firm’s practice exclusively to litigation and trial work in all New York Courts including Supreme Court. We handle all aspects of civil litigation proceedings, including general litigation, child custody, criminal matters, personal injury, and appeals. We are proud of the business and reputation we have built in Saratoga Springs and the surrounding communities over the last 15 years.
It is important to have judges on the bench who have practical, real world experience. A judge is a judge for all the people and for the last 22 years I have been representing a large cross-section of the people. I have represented poor people, rich people, single moms, working parents, large companies and small businesses, municipalities, people with substance abuse and mental health issues, marginalized members of society, people with disabilities, people of color, immigrants and refugees. I have an understanding of what the peoples experiences and expectations are of the justice system and my real world experience will be a welcome addition to the bench.
The position of Supreme Court Judge is one that requires compassion, decisiveness, preparedness and fairness. I can assure you that, as Supreme Court Judge, I will uphold the law, listen with compassion and deliver justice to the residents of the 4th Judicial District.
I believe that I have the necessary experience, temperament and compassion to serve the 11 counties that make up the 4th Judicial District. I will listen with compassion, help problem solve and make difficult decisions when parties are unable to resolve their differences.
